Common Questions
Do I need a special license for a 15-passenger van?
No — a regular driver's license is all you need. They drive much like a large SUV; just take corners wide and mind the height in parking decks.
Can you deliver to the airport?
Yes. We deliver to AVL, hotels, and vacation rentals in the Asheville area. Mention it in your inquiry and we'll confirm the details.
What's included?
Insurance requirements, mileage, and deposit details are confirmed when we send your quote — no surprise counter add-ons.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak season (October leaf season, wedding weekends, holidays), as early as you can. Vans book out first.
Can we rent for a whole wedding weekend?
Absolutely — most wedding and bachelor/bachelorette rentals run Friday through Sunday. Tell us the weekend in the form and we'll quote the full block.

Yes, through our Riders Share profile — that's where you'll see the current bikes and book.
